Three days at The Elms, the National Trust for Jersey's farm in St Mary, making lé nièr beurre the traditional way: apples peeled by hand and stirred for hours in a great copper pan over a wood fire, with live music, food stalls and activities for children. Free entry. In 2026 it runs from Thursday 8 to Saturday 10 October.
