A weekend of living history at Elizabeth Castle: the 1781 Jersey Militia and other re-enactment groups from four centuries of the island's garrison, drill, musket and cannon firing, and hands-on activities for families. Expect loud bangs. In 2026 it runs on Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 September. Usual castle entry and ferry charges apply.
