The story
The southern end of St Ouen's Bay, where the five-mile beach meets the rocks below La Moye. The slipway here is a favourite entry point for surfers, and the ruined La Rocco Tower stands in the sea just to the north — surrounded at high water, walkable at low spring tides. Sunsets over the Atlantic are the reason most people come; the whole bay faces due west with nothing between it and the horizon.
