Local produce in Jersey
Jersey feeds itself more than most small islands: Jersey Royal potatoes from the steep south-facing côtils, milk and butter from the island’s own breed of cow, oysters from the flats of Grouville, and fish landed at St Helier. The two markets in town are where it all comes together, under a Victorian iron roof.
